Here’s the entire process explained in as few words as possible:
1. Find someone who’s selling their house.
2. Offer them LESS than what they’re asking for it & get them to sign a contract
3. Sell that contract to a buyer for a profit.
For example, someone’s selling a house for $300,000.
You offer them $280,000.
Get the contract signed.
And sell the contract for $300,000.
You pocket $20,000.
Now, it sounds simple, right?
It most definitely is…
Which is why I believe it’s the best strategy to quickly build wealth with Real Estate in 2024 (and will be for years to come).
It’s simple, but it’s not EASY.
